What are your shipping costs?
Unlike most online retailers, our shipping rates are based on weight of the item(s) purchased and the distance the order is being shipped. This way, if you order a few balloons you're not paying the same shipping cost as someone that has purchased a pinata. We feel that this allows us to provide our customers with the best service and prices. You can view your shipping costs by adding the desired item(s) to the shopping cart, click on the Shopping Cart link found towards the upper right side of our website, then enter your "ship to" zip code and select the desired shipping method for your shipping quote. Your order total will be displayed on the Invoice you see BEFORE confirming your order. During checkout quoted transit times are provided. You must allow up to 2 business days to process your order. The number of days are approximate transit times for shipments within the contiguous (lower 48) United States - additional transit time may be required due to situations beyond our control, including but not limited to: inclement weather and natural or man-made disasters. Orders are shipped from zip code 44134.
I placed and paid for my order, what happens now?
We will pack and ship your order within 1 business day. When we print your shipping label you will receive an email stating that your order has been prepared for shipping. If you do not receive a shipping email from us within a few days of placing your order please contact us.
Which package delivery carriers do you use?
We ship our orders through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS & FedEx.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. The email will include the tracking number that can be used to track your package. Please allow 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) for the tracking information to be updated on the carrier website when using the provided link to track your package.
I do not live in the U.S. - Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We ship to most locations worldwide. The shipping address must match the billing address.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We proudly ship to U.S. military addresses worldwide. Thank you for your service! All orders will ship through USPS to the Military Post Office. Delivery times will vary based on the military location.
When should I expect to receive my order?
That depends on the shipping option you select when you checkout. Please allow 1 business day for processing your order. Please refer to the shipping charts below for approximate transit times.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the outlying U.S. Territory Islands may require an additional day(s). NON-RUSH ORDERS do not have a guaranteed delivery date - these are delivery estimates based on our experience to addresses within the contiguous 48 states.
** Packages that are shipped by USPS Express Mail, FedEx Express, FedEx 2 Day & UPS Air require a signature at time of delivery. Most USPS Express Mail package are delivered the next business day after being shipped, however overnight shipping is not available to all locations.
For shipping to areas not within the contiguous 48 states we recommend that you choose USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mailsince Parcel Select and 1st Class Mail greatly adds to the delivery time.
Please note: If we are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other outlying U.S. Territory Islands and you choose Parcel Select as your shipping option, it may take up to 3-6 weeks for your order to arrive
Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day Rush Delivery Options**
All Rush Delivery Options will require a signature at the time of delivery. Rush Delivery Options are only available to physical addresses (no PO Boxes) within the 48 contiguous states. Rush Delivery Options to addresses not in the 48 contiguous states are not guaranteed. Rush Deliveries are delivered M-F excluding holidays.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – PLEASE NOTE: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. The declared value for customs purposes is the price paid for your order, less any shipping charges. Please note that understating the value for customs in order to avoid import duties and taxes is a violation of international law, and is a practice we choose not to engage in.
For shipping outside of the USA we recommend that you choose USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International since 1st Class International Mail can greatly add to the delivery time.
All refused, undeliverable and unclaimed shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee in addition to inbound and out bound shipping charges. Any package that requires an address correction after order has been shipped due to customer providing the wrong information will incur an address correction fee of $18.00.
I know you shipped my order, but I haven't received it. What happens now?
If your package hasn't arrived in a timely manner, we will contact the shipping company to determine where your package is. If it is lost, you have several options (this our promise to you, you have it in writing):
- We will track your package to determine where your order is.
- If the package is considered lost by the shipping company, we will issue a refund for the lost item(s). The shipping companies require waiting period for filing, which varies from carrier to carrier.
- We will handle all insurance claims with the shipping company, we DO NOT make you deal with that hassle at all.
- A Credit Card or PayPal dispute is never necessary over missing items, we are equipped to deal with all refunds or replacements. Just Contact Us and we will take care of it for you, usually within 24 hours.
If your package arrives damaged in transit, please report all damages to us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).
*We may request a digital photo(s) of the damage or that you return all damaged items to us with the original packaging to assist in any claims we will be filing with the shipper on your behalf.
