We work quickly! Most orders are prepared & shipped within 24 hours (i.e., orders placed on Monday ship on Tuesday). Our shipping schedule runs Monday thru Friday. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Delivery estimates for contiguous U.S. - Lower 48 states:

--- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
--- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
--- USPS Express Mail: 1–2 business days (signature required)
--- UPS Ground: 2–5 business days

These delivery estimates are based on our experience with addresses within the contiguous 48 states. NON-RUSH ORDERS do not have a guaranteed delivery date. Non-rush orders are any shipping option other than EXPRESS Mail.

APO/FPO & U.S. Territories are supported. Delivery times vary.

Do you offer faster shipping options such as USPS Priority Express shipping?

Yes, we do. At checkout, you will be able to select from several shipping options. Be sure to select the desired shipping method at checkout.

USPS Priority Express typically arrives in 1-2 business days after shipment. Packages shipped by USPS Priority Express require a signature at the time of delivery. Most USPS Priority Express packages are delivered the next business day (once shipped), however, overnight shipping is not available to all locations.

Do you ship to Military addresses?

We’re happy to ship to our military men and women with APO and FPO addresses—thank you for your service! All orders will be sent via USPS to the military post office, with delivery times varying depending on the location.

I need to have my order by a certain date... is this possible?

Please provide us with the following information:

~ The item(s) and quantities that you are planning on purchasing
~ The need by date
~ Your ship to zip code

Once we have this information, we will check with our shipping carriers to determine if we can get the items to you by the need by date.

Do balloons come filled with helium or air?

All balloons arrive flat, so you can inflate them yourself with air or helium when you’re ready to celebrate.

What is your return policy?

Buyer must request the return of the item(s) within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be postmarked within 3 business days of receiving your RMA.

You must return the item(s) in the same condition as received.

All returns, refused, undeliverable, and unclaimed shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s) minus the restocking fee. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. You are also responsible for the return shipping cost.

The restocking fee will be WAIVED IF YOU PLACE A NEW ORDER FROM US WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving your RMA confirmation email.

We will issue the refund within 7 business days (Mon - Fri) upon receiving the package back at our location.

Can you guarantee that my order will be delivered by X date?

We do not guarantee delivery times since delivery is out of our hands once the order ships. Orders that are placed with us are shipped quickly - most within 1 day of ordering (Mon - Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Tuesday ship on Wednesday, etc. Orders placed on Friday ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).

We offer USPS Express Mail that is a guaranteed delivery service. Transit time is usually 1-2 business days once the order has been shipped (i.e - order placed on Tuesday, shipped on Wednesday, should arrive by Friday). FYI - Express deliveries require a signature at delivery so be sure to have them sent to address where someone will be available to sign.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Our order fulfillment system is designed to ship purchases promptly and efficiently, with processing beginning shortly after orders are received. Please ensure the items in your order are correct before placing it. While we will make every effort to stop an order if necessary, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes can be made once the order has been submitted.

How do you make sure every kid gets a chance to hit the piñata? How much candy will the pinata hold?

Guessing how long it’ll take to bust open a piñata is part of the fun—it all depends on things like the kids’ ages, the style of the piñata, and even what they’re swinging at it with! The secret trick? Move the piñata just enough each turn to match the hitter’s strength. That way, everyone gets a shot before the candy shower begins, and you can stretch out the excitement.

The manufacturer suggests a maximum capacity of 2 pounds of candy—perfect for 8–10 kids, which works out to around 5–10 goodies each. The exact amount will vary depending on the size of each piece.
